Putting a logo or text with a different font from the rest of the page in the header section with good strong color contrast will capture the audience's attention
I used contrast on my page to capture my audience. The contrast was between my links and the background of the page. That way people can find their way through the links easily.
I believe that the color scheme of my website will catch the attention of the visitors to my website.I think this because the color scheme is a well thought out design.
I think that the Boston Bruins logo on my homepage will capture the attention of my audience because of its sharp contrast with the rest of the page. It has a bright white background, with bright yellow and dark black. The rest of the page is mainly dark blue and light gray.
I think that also including many pictures of what I am talking about will capture the interest of my audience. The pictures (maybe even a collage or slide show) will show more about my life and my interests. Many people rather look at pictures than read, so I think that the pictures will appeal to many people.
I think an element on my page that will capture the attention of my target audience is the list of my favorite things. This will capture their attention because many people will have some of the same interests/favorite things as me.
The Title will capture the attention of the audience, because it will tell them what the page is about before they can see anything else. This will lead to them having interest depending on the look of the title.
I think one element that will capture the attention of my targeted audience is the emphasis on sports and hockey especially. I think it will do this because the base of my website is on hockey, sports and the Boston Bruins.
